It is one of Whitstable’s most inviting, homely pubs - loved by locals and visitors for its superb central location and down-to-earth, friendly atmosphere.
Inside, a cosy, comfortable bar awaits, with naval memorabilia lining the walls and Kentish real ales lining the classic wooden-topped bar. Upstairs, there’s proper, honest pub food to be found in the restaurant - or you can seek out the sun in the attractive beer garden.
History
The Reserve has stood proudly on the high street since 1760, and centuries of service have established the old place as a real community hub.
